SMS Terms & Privacy

Zentelix, LLC ("Zentelix," "we," "our," or "us") provides SMS customer care messaging services to share service updates, appointment confirmations, callback scheduling, proposal delivery, and related business communications with customers and prospects who have opted in. By subscribing to our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms:
SMS Messaging Terms
Opt-In: By checking the SMS opt-in box on our Contact Us form and providing your mobile number, by replying to an email from Zentelix with your phone number and consent to contact, by messaging us on LinkedIn and sharing your phone number for follow-up, or by calling Zentelix and requesting text follow-up, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Zentelix regarding service updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, callback and consultation scheduling, proposal and document delivery, responses to inbound questions, and service follow-ups.
Message Frequency: You may receive up to 1 to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, particularly if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. A confirmation message will be sent, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers: Available on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Privacy
Information We Collect: We collect your phone number, the channel through which you provided consent (form, email, LinkedIn, phone call), the timestamp of your opt-in, and the content of messages exchanged.
Use of Information: We use your phone number and opt-in record solely to send you the SMS communications described in these terms and to maintain compliance records. We do not use your SMS opt-in for any purpose other than operating our SMS program.
No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data, phone number, or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Message content and your phone number may be shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
Data Retention: We retain your opt-in record for as long as you are subscribed to our SMS program and for a reasonable period after unsubscribe to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws.
