Zentelix, LLC ("Zentelix," "we," "our," or "us") provides SMS customer care messaging services to share updates, and service alerts with customers who have opted in. By subscribing to our SMS messaging program, you agree to the following terms:

SMS Messaging Terms

Opt-In: By checking the SMS opt-in box on our Contact Us form and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Zentelix regarding updates, and service alerts.

Message Frequency: You may receive up to 1 to 4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on your interactions with us.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE. A confirmation message will be sent, and you will no longer receive SMS unless you opt in again.

SMS Privacy

Information We Collect: We collect your phone number and consent when you opt in to SMS messages.

No Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
